Ranbir rushes to Goa for Katrina's rescue

It's so hard to capture the very essence of what makes Goa irresistible, we all know the beaches, the fenny, the laid back lifestyle, but it's the romance, the charisma, the intoxicating feeling of this exotic locale that Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani tries to build into its story line. The Rajkumar Santoshi film, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif is all about fun, romance and feeling good- same things that Goa stands for.

So what's the couple doing in Goa? We heard that Ranbir plays the knight in shining armour as he heads down to Goa to save his lady love Katrina, in the film, who is being held captive there. In his true superman avatar (Prem from the film posters), Ranbir goes in for some must watch action moves and rescues the damsel in distress and rides away on, no not a stallion, but a Enfield Bullet.

This shot, as we are further told, is a prelude to the action and song sequences, while the rest of the film is shot in the quaint town of Ooty, the lovely songs in the film are shot in mystic Turkey. With a striking star cast and picturesque sites, it's definitely one film worth the watch.

Katrina Kaif signs Oil of Olay

kitty. The actress, who is currently ruling the roost in Bollywood, has been signed as the brand ambassador of international cosmetic giant Oil of Olay that launched the newly formulated White Radiance range in India.

A source close to Kats adds, "Katrina is a youth icon of today. The international brand found Katrina to be the apt model to market their product."

This year, Katrina has been the top choice for endorsing brands. Only recently she was chosen by leading jewelry brand Nakshatra as their brand ambassador and now she has bagged yet another plum endorsement deal with Oil of Olay. The future certainly looks bright for this gorgeous actress.

Did Katrina undergo a lip surgery?

Katrina Kaif has come back from her recent holiday in Italy and there's something different about her. The actress who has been often voted as the sexiest actress in B-Town, returned with fuller lips than she left with. Says a source, "Katrina has always wanted shapelier lips. She recently returned from a long holiday — almost three weeks. During her trip to the USA for the Independence Day parade in Houston and Chicago , everyone first noticed the marked change in her appearance. Her lips were still puffy at the time, but now the swelling has vanished."

What's Roaccutane?

Roaccutane is a vitamin A derivative (13-cis-retinoic acid) which is administered orally in pill form, normally for 15-20 weeks (3.5-4.5 months). It was originally prescribed for people with severe acne that did not respond to other treatments, but has gained in popularity in the past 25 years. This practice is controversial because Accutane is a serious medication and causes side effects which can be as devastating as they are widespread. A source close to Katrina adds, "She can't afford to take any medication right now as she's on a very strong medication for her skin. It is called Roaccutane and she's under treatment for it under Dr Neena , a cosmetologist from Mumbai, for the last six months and will be under medication for six months more. The medicine is so strong that Katrina can't take any other medicine during this time and in fact, because Roaccutane is so harsh it gives rise to swollen, dry and chapped lips — which gives the impression as if she has done something to her lips."
