Kangna's hot avatar in Vaada Raha

After winning awards for her performance in Fashion, Kangna Ranaut is all set with her next film, Vaada Raha.

It is reported that Kangna's role in the film is an extended guest appearance.

In the film, Kangna is paired opposite Bobby Deol who plays the lead role

Kangna's character in Vaada Raha is of a career-oriented woman called Nalini, who is in love with Bobby's character (Duke) and is about to marry him.

According the plot of the film, Nalini (Kangna) leaves Duke (Bobby) when tragedy strikes him and he is paralysed from the neck down.

Kangna's big movie this year is the Hrithik Roshan starrer Kites. There was much controversy around the publicity of this film that focussed only on Hrithik and his other co-star Barbara Mori and left Kangna out completely even though she has a big role in the film.

Preity turns item girl for Salman Khan

It's been a while since we've seen Preity Zinta on the big screen, and now she is all ready to make a comeback of sorts.

Bollywood's dimpled beauty has reportedly agreed to do an item number, or what she calls 'a special song' for the Salman-Kareena starrer Main Aur Mrs Khanna.

Interestingly, the visual composition of the song and Preity's outfit is strikingly reminiscent of Ash's Kajra re.

Preity, however, is quick to clarify that she actually has a role in the film, and therefore the song is more than just an item number.

According to the grapevine, like the title of the song, Preity is looking Happening.

Sonam Kapoor is in love!

ollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who is currently in the capital for the shooting of Ayesha, says she loves everything about the city except its unpredictable weather.

"I'm in love with this city. I love the food, shopping, parties and people of Delhi - they are so lively. When you watch this city on the big screen, it looks beautiful," Sonam told reporters here.

"But the weather is unpredictable - one moment it's sunny and suddenly it starts raining and that is the only thing that I don't like about this place. But every time I come here, I feel good," said the actress whose aunt lives here.

Before Ayesha, she was also here to shoot for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Delhi-6. Though the movie didn't do well at the box-office, the actress enjoyed her stay here.

Salman's gal Kat won't work with Vivek

"I would not work with Vivek anyway," the 25-year-old actor told reporters here when asked about the actor.

Her statement assumes importance in the backdrop that the relationship between Salman Khan, considered close to Katrina, and Vivek is far from being hunky-dory.

However, she hurriedly added that she takes her own decisions and denied that they were influenced by Salman.

Katrina, whose recent movie 'NewYork' was well-recieived by the audience and critics alike, thanked God and people who supported her for the success she has achieved.

To repeated questions on Salman, she refused to comment and said, "I will give Salman secretary's phone and you are free to ask all such questions to him. "

Katrina who is in the state capital for the second schedule of Prakash Jha's movie 'Rajneeti', also starring Ranbir Kapoor, said Bhopal was a nice place and people too were warm and charming.

But the cast and crew of Ajay Devgn Films’ upcoming film All The Best – Fun Begins, were at Siddhivinayak Temple in Prabhadevi for a different reason. Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Mugdha Godse along with director Rohit Shetty, music director Pritam and Krishan Kumar representing T-Series (as head honcho Bhushan Kumar was not in town) visited the temple to launch the music of their forthcoming film. Pritam has created some rocking numbers for this comic caper; including five songs and two remixes. The promos of All The Best... are already high on the popularity charts with their fresh and colourful illustrations.

Katrina Kaif signs Oil of Olay

It's raining endorsement deals in Katrina Kaif's

kitty. The actress, who is currently ruling the roost in Bollywood, has been signed as the brand ambassador of international cosmetic giant Oil of Olay that launched the newly formulated White Radiance range in India.

A source close to Kats adds, "Katrina is a youth icon of today. The international brand found Katrina to be the apt model to market their product."

This year, Katrina has been the top choice for endorsing brands. Only recently she was chosen by leading jewelry brand Nakshatra as their brand ambassador and now she has bagged yet another plum endorsement deal with Oil of Olay. The future certainly looks bright for this gorgeous actress.

Here's what to expect from Khatron Ke Khiladi tonight

Kathron Ke Khiladi Level 2 kicks off today. And the action returns to Cape Town, South Africa once again.

The 13 female celebrities include a mix of leggy models, sexy singers, a tough wrestler, beautiful anchors and hot television actors. Each celebrity has a commoner as her partner, unlike last year where they were paired with army officers.

Kathron Ke Khiladi had a sneak preview last weekend, and we tell you what to expect from today's show.

The first stunt sees the women being blind-folded and brought to Hout Bay harbour. They have to walk on a long reclined platform and unhook small flags, even as a strong wind (as much as 100 miles per hour) tries to blow them over and they get sprayed with water.

The stunt is not easy as it sounds, and most contestants managed to unhook only four to six flags. Only two contestants -- Jesse Randhwa and Shveta Salve [ Images ] -- managed to unhook eight flags. Sonika Kaliraman cut her chin and required stitches in her attempt to do the stunt.

The second task required the girls to sit in an enclosed glass box. Their partners had to pick up earthworms from a bowl with their mouths and spit them out in a box. The pair who took the longest time to transfer the worms was evicted.

As host Akshay Kumar [ Images ] reminded the contestants -- 'jo dar gaya woh ghar gaya' -- they had to try their best. But Shonali Nagrani and her partner were evicted from the show.

Shveta Salve was exempt from performing the second task, as she received a safety band for doing so well in the previous task.

The new season promises to have twice the excitement with scarier and more dangerous stunts than the first. The girls will be seen battling real crocodiles and snakes and jumping off planes. This season will also see Akshay performing stunts, like swimming with sharks and more.
